VikiHub School Course Access and Content Protection Agreement

Effective Date: 19 August 2026

By enrolling in a course on VikiHub School, you acknowledge that the course and its materials are provided for your individual educational use.

Course Access

Your course access is connected to your VikiHub School account. You must not share your login details or permit another person to use your account to access a course that you purchased or were granted access to.

Protection of Course Materials

Course videos, PDFs, documents, images, quizzes, assignments, downloadable resources, and other learning materials may be protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights.

You agree not to:

  • Record or redistribute paid course videos.
  • Share course login credentials.
  • Upload course materials to Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook, YouTube, websites, cloud-storage links, or other public or private platforms for unauthorized distribution.
  • Sell, reproduce, sublicense, or commercially distribute course materials.
  • Provide unauthorized access to another person.
  • Attempt to bypass technical restrictions designed to protect course content.

Permitted Personal Use

You may access and use the course materials for your own learning, subject to the access conditions of the course.

Where a course specifically permits downloads, downloaded materials remain subject to the same restrictions against unauthorized redistribution.

Violations

Where there is credible evidence of unauthorized sharing, piracy, fraud, account abuse, or other serious violation of this agreement, VikiHub School may investigate and take appropriate action, which may include restricting or suspending account access, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in this agreement removes any consumer or other legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Acknowledgement

By selecting the consent option, you confirm that you understand that course access is intended for the enrolled student and that unauthorized sharing or redistribution of protected course materials is prohibited.
