VikiHub School Terms and Conditions

Welcome to VikiHub School, operated through learn.vikihub.ng. By creating an account, enrolling in a course, accessing course materials, or using any service provided through VikiHub School, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
1. Use of the LMS
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your login credentials secure.
Your account is personal to you. You must not share your account, password, course access, or other restricted materials with another person.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, unauthorized access, abuse of the platform, or violation of these Terms.
2. Course Enrollment and Access
When you enroll in a course, you receive access to the course according to the access conditions stated on that particular course.
Course access may include videos, documents, quizzes, assignments, downloadable resources, and other learning materials.
Course materials are provided for the personal educational use of the enrolled student and must not be copied, resold, redistributed, publicly uploaded, or shared without written permission.
3. Payments
All course prices displayed on the platform are subject to the applicable course description and checkout information at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for ensuring that payment information supplied during a transaction is accurate.
Enrollment or course access may depend on successful confirmation of payment.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund requests will be handled according to the refund conditions communicated for the relevant course and applicable Nigerian consumer-protection laws.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Intellectual Property
All original course materials, including videos, written materials, graphics, documents, branding, and other educational resources provided through VikiHub School remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing or accessing a course does not transfer ownership of the course materials to you.
You may use the materials for your own learning but may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially exploit them without authorization.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user’s account.
- Circumvent course-access restrictions.
- Copy or redistribute paid course materials.
- Upload malicious software or harmful content.
- Use the LMS for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
- Impersonate another student, instructor, or administrator.
7. Platform Availability
We aim to keep VikiHub School available and functioning properly. However, temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, hosting problems, internet-service failures, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where reasonably possible, important interruptions will be communicated to affected users.
8. Educational Information
Courses are provided for educational purposes. Completion of a course does not automatically guarantee employment, income, certification by an external professional body, or any particular business result unless such outcome is expressly stated for that course.
9. Changes to These Terms
