The Research Download Masterclass is a practical phone software repair course designed for beginners, phone technicians, computer operators, and anyone who wants to learn how to flash SPD/Unisoc Android phones safely.

Many Android phones, especially some Itel, Tecno, and other budget smartphones, use SPD or Unisoc chipsets. These phones cannot be flashed with SP Flash Tool because SP Flash Tool is mainly for MediaTek devices. For SPD/Unisoc devices, technicians commonly use tools such as Research Download, Upgrade Download, or other SPD-supported flashing tools.

In this course, students will learn how to identify SPD/Unisoc Android phones, install the correct drivers, understand PAC firmware files, load firmware into Research Download, connect phones properly, start the flashing process, and solve common flashing errors.

The course also teaches important safety practices, including how to avoid wrong firmware, how to explain possible data loss to customers, and how to test a phone after flashing.
